i enjoyed complimentary drinks upon arrival. the hotel gave us a bottle of red wine signed by the manager due to our stay over new year's. the cleaning staff kept our room clean, replenishing our bathrooms daily. and we got pool time and access to the sports venues.

The breakfast was very good. It offered a wide variety of choices. i found the spa facilities to be great. the staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The location was not ideal. It required some travel to reach the main attractions. i experienced that the reception staff were not always as hospitable as i would have liked. the minibar in my room was empty upon arrival, a bit inconvenient.

The blinds controls in my room WERE not working. There was a note saying it does not work, I think it's unprofessional. The bathtub had no water running one morning, very inconvenient. IT was really annoying.

this hotel blew my mind, especially with how close it is to the o2 arena! the walk is only like 15 minutes. public transport is really easy to use. staff were friendly. the rooms were so clean and the beds super comfy. i loved the smell of the soap and shampoo, wow!
the hotel is bit far from the city center, i had to walk up some steep stairs to get to the tram stop.
